Cancellation Policy
A 24 hour notice must be given before cancelling any sessions. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee of half the cost of the missed session will be charged before the next appointment.

Private - $60
Experience the benefits of one on one coaching with me by your side the entire time. This is a totally personalized approach to training and is guaranteed to maximize your efforts.

Small Group - $35 / person
Enjoy the comradery of training with up to 4 people at a time. This is best suited for the person who already has a little bit of experience with the gym but needs the direction and accountability of a trainer.

Sport Specific - $75
Fine tuning your athleticism starts with your physique. Whether you need to work on mobility, flexibility, strength or endurance, the right programing can make all the difference. This hour of training will be customized based on strengthening your specific areas of weakness within your sport.

Online Programing - $100
Workout on your turf and time with a 6 week personalized plan that has been curated to fit your current level of fitness and reflect reaching those goals.
